Our Mission is to work in partnership with doctors, surgical practices and hospitals cultivating mutually-beneficial relationships by ensuring that our services enhance patient care and maximize operating room productivity.

Elite First Assisting was founded by Tyrone W Rogers, a certified Surgical Assistant with 15 plus years of surgical experience. Tyrone started as a Surgical Technologist and continued on to become a Certified Surgical Assistant; throughout his career he saw a growing need for an organization of skilled and highly trained Surgical Assistants. He focused on that need and assembled a successful team of Surgical Assistants and founded Elite First Assisting in 2005.

Elite First Assisting is dedicated to supporting surgeons, surgical practices, hospitals and facility staff by providing operating rooms with experienced, qualified surgical assistants who are committed to delivering the highest quality patient care. Through our diverse knowledge and skills we are conscious of the techniques, preferences and procedures of each surgeon and committed to being there through every vital step of the surgical procedure.
